God’s love can neither be destroyed, diminished or earned.  It’s His desire that we submit to His love allowing it to set us, realign us and unite us to His passion and power.  It is God’s love that seals us and makes us one.  It is when we are one with Him, both in person and as  a church, that He is glorified and the fullness of life revealed.

This week’s sermon was so much more robust than our initial lead into it (refer to  Blessed are the Peacemakers).   Listen to Pastor Lawel speak the Word in his sermon entitled, “The Nature of Love.”

“Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm, for love is strong as death, jealousy is fierce as the grave. Its flashes are flashes of fire, the very flame of the Lord. Many waters cannot quench love, neither can floods drown it. If a man offered for love all the wealth of his house, he would be utterly despised.” – Song of Solomon 8:6-7
