“A brand plucked from the fire…” How amazing is that? All we see here is Joshua the high priest stand before the Lord, and before Satan even says anything, the Lord rebukes him claiming Joshua for His own. Now that’s being protective! The father of lies has nothing on our Lord and Savior and we are His simply because He has redeemed us. When you think about it, it sure does make one wonder how active our resistance to God must be to walk away from the gift of eternal life that he so freely offers. Amazing…
